Manage your connected pages, configure page-specific settings, and monitor page performance.

Page overview

View all your connected pages in Settings > Pages. Each page shows:
  • Page name and profile picture
  • Platform (Facebook, Instagram, or both)
  • Connection status
  • Active campaigns
  • Recent performance metrics

Page settings

Configure individual page preferences:

Promotion preferences

Set default promotion behavior for each page:
  • Auto-promote enabled: Allow campaigns to promote posts from this page
  • Default budget: Suggested budget for new campaigns
  • Preferred audience: Default targeting for this page’s campaigns
  • Posting schedule: When this page typically posts content

Notification settings

Choose what notifications you receive for each page:
  • Post promoted
  • Campaign budget reached
  • High-performing post detected
  • Connection issues

Instagram connection

Link Instagram business accounts to your Facebook pages:

Ensure Instagram is connected to Facebook

Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account connected to your Facebook page.

Select Instagram account

In page settings, click Connect Instagram and choose the linked account.

Grant permissions

Allow Boosterberg to access Instagram insights and create promotions.
Instagram promotion uses the same Facebook Ad Account as your Facebook page.

Page performance

Analytics dashboard

View performance metrics for each page:
  • Organic performance: Reach, engagement, follower growth
  • Paid performance: Promoted post results, spend, ROI
  • Top posts: Best-performing content (organic and paid)
  • Audience insights: Demographics, locations, interests

Comparing pages

Compare performance across multiple pages:
Metrics available:
- Total engagement rate
- Average cost per engagement
- Promoted posts count
- Total ad spend
- ROI by page

Page-specific campaigns

Create campaigns that only run on specific pages:
  1. When creating a campaign, select specific pages under Page Selection
  2. Configure rules and budgets tailored to that page’s audience
  3. Monitor performance separately for each page
Different pages may require different promotion strategies. Test various approaches for each page.

Multi-page management

Bulk actions

Perform actions across multiple pages:
  • Pause all campaigns for selected pages
  • Apply same budget settings
  • Duplicate campaigns across pages
  • Export performance reports

Page groups

Organize pages into groups for easier management:
Example groups:
- "Regional Pages" (different locations)
- "Product Lines" (different products/services)
- "Brands" (multiple brands you manage)

Page roles and permissions

Boosterberg team access

Grant team members access to specific pages:
  • Admin: Full control over page campaigns and settings
  • Manager: Create and edit campaigns, view analytics
  • Analyst: View-only access to analytics

Facebook page roles

Boosterberg respects Facebook page roles:
  • Only users with admin access on Facebook can connect pages
  • Page role changes on Facebook sync to Boosterberg
  • Removing someone from a Facebook page removes their Boosterberg access

Page health monitoring

Boosterberg monitors page connection health:

Connection status

  • Connected: Everything working normally
  • Warning: Permissions may need renewal
  • Disconnected: Reconnection required

Common issues

Causes:
  • Facebook permissions expired
  • Page admin access removed
  • Page was deleted or unpublished
Solution: Reconnect your Facebook account or verify page access.
Causes:
  • Instagram account not properly linked to Facebook page
  • Instagram business account not set up
Solution: Verify Instagram connection in Facebook Page Settings.
Causes:
  • Page is paused in Boosterberg
  • No ad account connected
  • Insufficient permissions
Solution: Check page settings and ad account configuration.

Removing pages

To disconnect a page from Boosterberg:

Pause active campaigns

First, pause or stop all campaigns running on the page.

Go to page settings

Navigate to Settings > Pages and select the page.

Click Remove

Click Remove Page and confirm.
This will permanently delete campaign history for this page. Export reports first if needed.

  • Review page performance weekly
  • Set up notifications for important events
  • Keep Instagram accounts properly linked
  • Monitor connection health regularly
  • Use page groups for easier multi-page management
  • Test different strategies for different pages
