Boosterberg makes it simple to create a new account and set up your business profile in just a few steps. This guide walks you through the account creation process, from entering your business details to connecting your Facebook account. At the end, we’ll also show you how to switch Facebook accounts if needed.

Boosterberg works with Facebook Business Manager, so logging in through Facebook ensures seamless access to your ad accounts and pages.
How to Create a Boosterberg Account
If you’re new to Boosterberg, follow these steps to create an account:
Go to the Login Page
• Open Boosterberg and navigate to the Login Page.
• Click Create an Account to start the registration process.
Enter Your Business Details
• On the Sign-Up Page, fill in:
○ Business Name
○ Business Phone Number
○ Company Email
Connect to Facebook
• Click Register by Connecting Your Facebook Account.
• The Facebook Login Page will open—sign in to your Facebook account.
• A Facebook Authentication Window will appear, requesting access to your business pages.
Choose Your Facebook Permissions
• Click Edit Previous Settings to manage which pages Boosterberg will have access to.
• You can either:
○ Opt in to Current Pages Only – Grants access only to selected pages.
○ Opt in to All Current and Future Pages – Recommended if you manage multiple pages, as new ones will sync automatically.
• The same applies to Businesses and Instagram Accounts.
Complete Your Registration
• Once you’ve reviewed the Boosterberg access request, click Save.
• Boosterberg will create your account, and the setup process will complete in a few moments.
Your Boosterberg account is now ready to use!
How to Log In to Your Boosterberg Account
• If you’re already signed in to Facebook, the Login Page will display your Facebook Profile Photo. Click Continue as (Your Name) to log in instantly.
• If you need to log in with another Facebook account, click Switch Account, which will reopen the Facebook Authentication Window so you can sign in with a different account.
Boosterberg does not currently support multi-factor authentication (MFA) within the app. However, you can enable MFA for your Facebook account. Since Boosterberg relies on your Facebook login, enabling MFA on Facebook will add an extra layer of security to your Boosterberg account.
Boosterberg only accesses the data necessary for its service to function. This includes data related to Facebook Pages, Ad Accounts, and Business Manager settings. Boosterberg does not store Facebook passwords, read personal messages, or track private user activity beyond what is required for ad automation.
You cannot directly change the Facebook account linked to Boosterberg. However, you can invite another Facebook account to your Boosterberg agency and then transfer ownership or grant admin access to that account.
If your Facebook account is hacked, contact the Boosterberg support team as soon as possible. We can help by transferring ownership of your agency account to another Facebook account or by adding a second Facebook account to your agency to ensure you still have access.
Yes, you can update your connected Facebook Pages at any time. When logging in, go to the Facebook Authentication Window and click Edit Previous Settings to adjust page access.
You can request to delete your Business account in Business Settings. If you want to delete only your personal user account, you can do so in User Settings.
Yes, you can invite new members to your agency and manage user access. Once invited, users can be assigned different roles, such as Regular User, Manager, or Administrator (Owner), depending on the level of control you want to grant them.
