When Does Boosting an Instagram Post Actually Work?

The honest answer is: when the organic post has already proven something. A post that has accumulated meaningful likes, comments, saves, and shares before you spend money on it has demonstrated audience relevance. That organic signal is your best predictor of paid performance, Meta's own delivery algorithm rewards content that users engage with, and a post that already has engagement starts with a head start in the auction. How Boosterberg Measures Engagement Thresholds on Instagram
