### Meta ad spend

  Boosterberg subscription fees are separate from your Meta ad spend. Your Facebook Ad Account is charged directly by Meta for all promoted posts.

## Adding and removing pages

### Add pages anytime

Connect new pages instantly:

1. Go to **Settings** > **Pages**
2. Click **Add Page**
3. Select pages from your connected Facebook account
4. Billing adjusts automatically (prorated)

### Remove pages

Disconnect pages when no longer needed:

1. Go to **Settings** > **Pages**
2. Click **Remove** next to the page
3. Billing adjusts at next cycle

  Removing a page pauses all active campaigns for that page. You can reconnect anytime.

## Cancellation

### Cancel anytime

No long-term contracts or cancellation fees:

1. Go to **Settings** > **Billing**
2. Click **Cancel Subscription**
3. Confirm cancellation
4. Access continues until end of billing period

### What happens when you cancel

* Active campaigns are paused immediately
* Data is retained for 90 days
* You can reactivate anytime within 90 days
* After 90 days, data is permanently deleted

  Canceling Boosterberg doesn't stop already-running ads on Meta. Manage those directly in Meta Ads Manager.

## Refunds

### Refund policy

* **First month**: Full refund if canceled within 30 days
* **After first month**: No refunds, but you can cancel anytime

* Reason for refund
* Date of purchase

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days.
